We have been very lucky in K2 to have live silkworms. They have been munching on mulberry leaves for what seems ages now.
The silkworms have been popular guests in our classes and a good number of the children are happy (and brave) enough to handle them.
They have proved to be a great example of how plants are vital to living things.
Many of them have now made cocoons and we wait patiently to see what will happen next.
